Oh and ummmmmm me.

top 5 for me :
number 1 : danny carey, maaan, he is so greaat, so creative, inspirational.
2: neil peart
3 dave weckl
4 dennis chambers
5 morgan agren maybe, i dunno, this place can change

dave weckl - all around genius
thomas lang - great technique, show off lol
steve gadd - soooo laid back hes nearly asleep at the kit
pete sandoval - THE fastest double bass drum player in any band today
Richard Christy - technichal
Horacio Hernandez - fantastic co-ordination and indipendance (met him at doncaster clinic)
Marco Minnemann - cool style
Ian West - my teacher, total genius should be on this website

I`ve just bought marco minnemanns dvd "extreme drumming" and this guy is just incredible, his independece with the four of his limbs(two legs two feet)is really amazing...e.g. with the left hand he is playing something in 5/8 while he`s doing a tomb melody in 7/8 ...and than he adds crazy stuff with the feet.
Dave Weckel is also a great drummer and probably one of the most versatile, i also have his dvd "natural evolution" which i consider not so informative and helpful, but anyway dave is great.
Well there are so many extremely good drummers, it`s hard to pick some
Everyone is looking for his little space(kind of music, special patterns) where he is expert.
Danny Carey has also very nice drumming, but i`d say that thomas haake of meshuggah is playing far more difficult stuff, listening to meshuggah can really make you dizzy

John Bonham
Jon Theodore
Gadd
Buddy Rich
Weckl-*Sometimes its just too many notes......
Chad Sexton

i Have a few more.....

not only Joey Jordison,
but Tre' Cool, Travis Barker,
Lars Ulrich, Eric Carr, Shawn Crahan, and
Chris Fehn.

**The last 2 are not listed on Drummer world website**

travis barker
bobby jarzombeck
joey jordisan
john bonham
jordan mancino
mike portnoy

Zach Hill - Hella, Team Sleep, many other groups
Gabe Serbian - the Locust
John "Drumbo" French - Captain Beefheart
Mitch Mitchell - Jimi Hendrix Experience
Bill Bruford - Yes, King Crimson
Billy Cobham - Mahavishnu Orchestra
Jon Sortland - Cigar

My favorites are:
Tony Royster Jr.
Bobby Jarzombek
Billy Ashbaugh
Gerald Heyward
Benny Greb
Akira Jimbo

Bobby Jarzombek has gotta have the fastest feet. To me he's faster than Joey Jordison.
Gerald Heyward makes the cleanest beats with the hi-hat.
Akira Jimbo is has amazing control over his limbs.
TONY ROYSTER JR. is jus all around amazing to me. I saw the clip of him when he was 12, and if he was that good wit complete control over his hands and feet, he has got to be the best drummer now. I think he's like 21 or somethin.

Dare I say it again? **hee hee**
**Kenny Aronoff!**
Cindy Blackman
Billy Ward
Alan White
Mickey Curry
Mick Fleetwood
Bun E Carlos
Brian Downey

I'm still getting to know who's who, and who does what ... believe it or not I was never into drums or drummers before this goofy idea occurred to me! thre's loads of drumming that I love, but haven't figured out who it is.
