Default Ludwig Supraphonic Inscription

I recently just bought this Supraphonic LM402 and it's dated as being made in FEB 2011. I looked inside and saw this wierd inscription does anybody know what it means? Just out of curiosity?

I haven't known Ludwig to etch anything inside of their metal shells. I'll guess that the drum is used, and that the previous owner put their ID inside.

6061 is a type of aluminum alloy...and the -1 may mean a #1 prototype..its looks as if it is under the buttplate so if no one ever changed the buttplate it had to happen while being built?? very strange?? 60611 is also a Chicago zipcode for what its worth..
