Default Anyone Heard the New Tama SLP Kapur Or Studio Maple Kit?

Has anyone heard the new Tama SLP Kapur kit and if so how would you describe the way they sound?

Or has anyone heard the new Tama SLP Studio Maple kit?

They look nice and have me tempted to get one of the two.

Thanks

I have played both at my local shop, I preferred the sound and look of the Kapur kit more. Kapur is a wonderful tone wood. Like a louder mahogany. Nice bite, lots of bottom. Not the loudest drums but still as much as the typical gigging drummer would need.

I have heard the Fat Spruce and LOVED it, but it only comes in 20" bass, 14" floor & I would want a 22" bas & 16" floor.

I like Kapur as a wood. Sounds great. Not sure why they went with the 'hyperdrive' tom sizes on these.

Look up Alex Rudinger on youtube. I think he has the Kapur kit, and he is an absolute beast of a player.
