To Get Lessons Online over the computer or take lessons in your city?

that's easy. lessons from a good instructor are always going to be better than internet lessons. only a live instructor can see what you're doing and suggest how to improve. only a live instructor can specifically tailor your learning to exactly your needs.

don't ignore the internet though. there are definitely useful things out there.

Do both, get lessons whenever you can and try to understand it well. Obviously a drum teacher is much better because they can tell you what you are doing wrong.
