This is gold. It almost transcends music and should be applied to pretty much every aspect of our lives! Aside from the guy running the power plant...

I love the distinction he makes with practice vs gigging. It's hard to do, but letting go of the fear and apprehension, and embracing the joy and fun and pleasure is where it's at.

Excellent! Thanks for sharing. I've heard others say similar like "you have to learn all that stuff so you can forget it and play"....his explanation is the best I've heard.
