He should check out the tom angle thread. Cool covers. I thought you meant literally one arm (only playing with one stick). Still impressive though.

That is incredible! I have watched it several times and I am still studying his playing.

I'm sure he could do with the gentile tutelage offered in the tom angles thread, and I think the "one armed drummer guy" is acurate enough (not that I'm trying to be arsey)

I imagine that he uses the tom angles to assist with his playing. If so, that is the best use of tom angles that I have ever seen!

I'll be honest, I couldn't finish watching the video. The audio, though, was good.

Seeing people with disabilities is hard. It is something that you learn how to get used to. The important thing to remember is to treat disabled people as you would anyone else. Disabled people hate being patronized. I have learned this from experience. I work with a disabled person. I wish that there was a better correct term to describe disabled people. They are not disabled at all! They can do anything! They just do it differently. I also hate the term Special Needs!
I never use any of these terms when I talk about my friend at work. I never think of him as Disabled! I simply think of him as Tyler! That is his name.
Here is a link to the myspace page of a fellow drummer friend of mine named Tulio. There are many vids. http://www.myspace.com/amputeedrummertuliofuzato

I think it's inspiring! Found a way to do what he loves. Bravo! But isn't he technically a one & a half armed drummer? :P [Not being insulting- I'm sure he'd agree.]
