Default Snare identification

I have a snare drum. The name sticker says "Shell Drums" It is acrylic, (purple) w/ Brass rims, and brass hardware. Absolutely no other markings inside or out?
I have searched high and low for this brand to no avail!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
JDD

I'm having flashbacks to the "meat steak" posts... with a name like that, it's practically impossible to find any info on the Internet. Does it sound good?

To me, it looks like one of the chinese acrylic drums you can pick up on ebay.

How does it sound?
