I think the video format is a little silly. You can't rewind it. I clicked on it and it froze.

I also have to question their policy: A 24 notice of cancellation is required, this will not excuse payment. You will still have to pay for the time you reserved.

Seems ridiculous to me. If I break my arm the morning of my drum lesson, they won't show me any sympathy, and they'll STILL charge me $50 for an hour lesson?

The website also says this:

If you are unable make a lesson, we will do our best to reschedule within one week of the missed lesson.
That is more than fair - same as my cancellation policy.

P.S. If a student did break his/her arm, I would bend my policy and give a refund.
