I've always thought the little snare and hi hat fill towards the end of "Don't you, forget about me" was kinda cool.

I remember always enjoying that fill along with a close drummer friend of mine, the guy who really got me started playing drums. We used to wait for that part and turn the volume up. Mel Gaynor.

Was reminded of another one earlier, but does one hit equal a "fill"?
Well, let me throw this out there and you guys decide.
Steely Dan's My Old School.
There's a section that features the horns, then goes into a crazy little guitar solo.
Right after that, Jim Hodder brings us back into the song with a single shot to his snare drum.
Man, I heard that one day and it went through me like a bolt of lightning.
To me, its a sort of "accent fill", but I love it anyway.
