Uh oh, I think I like small drums better...

For gigging I use 16/10/13 Pearl Midtown. Purely a convenience thing. Add a set of drum mics and I can play it anywhere.

I prefer 1 up 2 down. I either play 24/12/14/16 or 22/12/16/18.

I used to be size conscious. Being 6'3" I thought I used to look silly behind a small kit. I'm beyond caring nowadays.

I play with jazzsticks in a Rockband and my fellows hear me pretty well and are actually happy that I am not one of the "loud" drummers that deafen everyone around them. Maybe that's because I am basically a funk/jazz groove-drummer playing in a rockband.

This is me in my current band. I was in a jazz quartet, and a Ska band before that prior to getting this rockabilly gig. The jazz gig taught me dynamics in a way I'd never known before and that knowledge helped me a lot in the rockabilly scene.
I use a pair of Regal Tip 7A's for most of my stand up drumming and they're perfect for dynamics. If I need to go louder, I'll break out the Vader "Fatbacks" and let them have it! :-D
