Default Is my foot technique good ?

Just a video of me using my single pedal and trying to go fast ...
I have to say that it sound the same on an acoustic kit !

Tell me what you think about that and if someone have some advices it would be very appreciated !

I can't really see the camera but there's really not MUCH technique going on. It's good yeah, but I'd heel toe more and you'll get that even faster and solider ;)

Also, I do exercises from Progressive Steps Syncopation and it helps my speed and technique so I recommend. :)

seems to me you are doing more work than you have to to achieve this speed ...but I cant really see your foot

also try this on an acoustic kit.....you will hear the flaws that you dont hear on the triggers

sounds good though

Well... the 16th notes are Ok, would like to see if it can last longer than a few seconds though...

As far as technique is concerned, I can't see really what's going on due to the angle of the camera, but it looks like the strokes is based using nerves and blocked muscles(I could be wrong). Difficult to comment anything else as you didn't show differents patterns to be able to evaluate your technique.

Perhaps you could try a new video with a different camera angle (side view would be better) with differents patterns.
