I'd like to hear what these guys could do together:

Bass - Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel, Sting)
Drums - Stewart Copeland (the Police)
Guitar - Steve Hackett (Genesis)
Vocals/Rhythm Guitar - Greg Lake (King Crimson, ELP)
Keys - Mike Pinder (the Moody Blues)

JPJ, as a singer?

stupid 20 chracters

Yup. Ive never heard him sing before let alone i have never heard his voice, plus in all the vids i watch i barley see him. I want him to be a front man lol.

Drums: Stew Copeland

Guitar: Steve Hackett

My ultimate band would probably be:

Sax: Wayne Shorter

Piano: Herbie Hancock
Vibes: Bobby Hutchison
Guitar: Grant Green
Bass: Ron Carter
Drums: Tony. Although, Imagine Brian Blade with them lot. He'd be cooking.

V.S.O.P will have to do for now until I become God or something.

Lloyd.

Bass-Sid Vicious (Sex Pistols)

You do know that Sid couldn't play bass to save his life and he was only in the band because Glen Mattock didn't have the 'image'. They used to unplug and turn off Sid's bass amp when they played live. He was so out of it on junk that he wouldn't realise or wouldn't care.

As for me...

vocals - Nick Cave & Mark Lanegan
lead - Steve Ray Vaughan
rhythm - BIlly Gibbons
bass - Pino Paladino
drums - Steve Jordan
hammond b3 - Boom Gasper

Guitar: John Petrucci (Dream Theater)
Bass: Sean Malone (Gordian Knot)
Keyboard: Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater)
Drums: Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree)

'nuff said.

This isn't my ultimate band, but I think they would make some seriously interesting stuff...

Mike Portnoy (drums)
Joe Satriani (guitar)
Geddy Lee (bass)

No vocals, this stuff will be technical as it as, nothing else is needed.

Joe Strummer - Lyricist (The Clash)
Micheal Stipe - Vocals (R.E.M)
John Entwhistle - Bass (The Who)
Jonny Greenwood - Lead Guitar (Radiohead)
Back up/Rythm guitarist - Matt Bellamy (From Muse, he could do some vocals while he's at it aswell.)
Drums - Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree)

Last edited:
