Default My Carmen San Diego

The reason I stumbled upon Drummerworld after a very long hiatus was because I'm looking for a specific drum clip that was (and hopefully still is) on this site. I'm hoping the collective Drummerworld brain can help me find it.

All I remember was that it was a modern jazz drummer who was playing a snare drum that was angled away from him at a pretty dramatic angle. He was soloing alone on stage. If I remember correctly, it was kind of an old school, high school auditorium setting. It was a really unique way of playing and has stuck with me all these years. I'd love to watch it again and maybe copy some of the technique in it.

Anybody have any idea what I'm talking about?

I'm glad to be back here and look forward to being involved with the forum again.

The only thing I can think of is a clip of Buddy Rich doing that.
