Help needed!

Hey everyone!
I know there is already many threads on this subject but i don't think any quite relate to my situation.
I am currently taking a year off to work before university (having finished school last year)
and having recently decided that drums; being my passion,
i would like to study music at university.

I have been playing for almost 10 years now and consider myself a decent drummer but i want to drastically improve, this being the career path i want to follow.

So in order to do this i am dedicated to kicking my practice routine into gear (as much as i can whilst working a full time job at least.)

I could fit a maximum of 3 hours practice into my current schedule (2 hours on the actual kit) and have written myself a routine in order to maximize productivity within this time.
I also jam regularly with a band and take drum lessons from a local teacher.

Alternating Day 1 and Day 2 throughout the week.

Day one

20 mins - speed drills.
30 mins - book/dvd material (currently working my way through Rhythmic Horizons).
30 mins - learning song of choice.
30 mins - independence excercises.
10 mins - shedding to music

LATER (on practice pad)
60 mins - Rudiments (first 20)

Day two

20 mins - speed drills.
30 mins - working on drum teacher's lesson material
20 mins - working on own solo ideas/licks/grooves.
30 mins - learning any grooves/licks i have seen in videos (youtube/etc.)
20 mins - Rudiments/odd patterns with feet

LATER (on practice pad)
60 mins - Rudiments (last 20)

Sorry to hurt your eyes from the massive life story! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry forgot to add the most important part!
The question i put to you is,
do you think this would be an efficient way to get the most out of my practice sessions?
Any tips or other things i could practice perhaps?
