Drumming goals for 2010!

I made some pretty good progress in 2009 and feel like I have improved very much compared to where my playing was at a year ago. I focused on realistic goals and over time they became attainable. So in no particular order here is what I am going to work towards for 2010:

Playing goals:

-Steady timekeeping.
-Staying relaxed
-Proper hand/pedal technique
-Fluid motion around the toms
-Faster single stroke rolls w/hands & feet
-Utilize the left side more often
-Improve 4 way co-ordination
-Multi-pedal work

General Goals:

-Consistent practice
-Record personal practices when possible
-Learn new styles & bring them into my own
-Professionalism & learning more about the business end of things.

I am currently playing with 2 groups, one does original music, & the other does covers. I have steady gigs booked for the next 6 months. My goal with these groups is to play as much as possible, meet people/network, & learn from the experience. Of course, having fun and getting paid too!

So, this is what I will be working on this year. What do you think? Any advice/comments are appreciated. What are your goals for 2010?
