performer b/b vs tour custom vs sonor 3007

I am planning to move up to a good kit that i will hopefully keep for at least 20 years. I am planning to get the tama performer b/b but i thought i would ask for suggestions. I will have to save up for at least 7 months to get it so it is a pretty big deal that i get the most bang for my buck because otherwise it would be time and money wasted.

I was wondering which of the 3 kits (tama starclassic performer b/b 5 piece, sonor 3007 5piece, yamaha tour custom 5 piece) Would be best? I realy like Tama and i tried the imperial star kit which is their lowest end and surprisingly loved it at the store so i think the performer would blow my mind.

Any posts arfe helpful.

Of your three choices, the Tama is by far the best one. It is their lower of the top-of-line Starclassics, but in a higher class than the Sonor or Yamaha.

Drums are personal, if you're already leaning towards the Tama, that's what you should get. The instrument needs to be inspirational too, and if the Tama does it for you, there you go.

Good luck!
