I want to record myself. Atleast start with snare, bass and overhead.
What do I need? I'd like to keep it cheap but still get nice stuff. Please, help me put tgether a wishlist...
Here's what I've come up with -

SHURE SM57
Overhead still not decided
Mixer still not decided
+ cables and stuff.
I've got a MacBook Pro and my dad can get me needed software from the Uni. I also got a nice camera.
I'm a complete novice at this, but I'd like to learn, please show some respect.
