very much like the amazing interview that 8Mile posted with him speaking about Tony Williams...... that is absolutely amazing by the way... check that one out as well....

Yeah, I saw that in the side bar while watching the interview about Tony. It made me search out Love Supreme. I've heard about it all my life, but never actually heard it.

I love Mike Clark, too. He's a truly gifted player. Innovator. Can handle it all.

Man, that was amazing. Thanks for sharing, Ants.

I can never hear enough about the great cats like Elvin. I can imagine sitting with Mike Clark, a great player and a legend in his own right, would be an incredible hang. He's very thoughtful and articulate but he's one of the cats, too.

I love what he said about drummers who play one-handed rolls and play their licks along with a 55 beat, but who don't know the vocabulary. I couldn't agree more.
