Igoe's Lifetime workout

Anybody working through Tommy Igoe's lifetime concept (the poster)?
I've been doing that recently, and I wonder what the hardest parts are
for you guys. To me the most difficult things are getting the paradiddle
variations up to his tempo. A bit slower is perfectly ok, but the guy is
very fast!
Also, it seems to be impossible to get those flam drags! Flams ok, drags
alright, but flam drags?? Slower - no problem - but at that tempo?

Anybody succeeded with those?

In general I think it's a cool workout, it sure warms me up perfectly.
