Another great looking kit!... although I think I may prefer the other kit's finish just a little more..nonetheless, this is still really nice looking kit..bet it sounds good as well...congrats and welcome to the forum...

Another beauty!
I agree with scorch, I like the finish on your Jazz kit slightly more.
I wouldn't throw those out of my bed though :)

This is my favorite SQ2 finish, although you should have put up a couple of pictures, lol.

Great kit. If only it were beech... just kidding. Kind of... ;-)

I love the beech but I'm more attracted to maple.

Tomorrow I'll set up my kit to local !
I'll take pictures to show you.

WOW! That kit is a work of art. Simply amazing!

I think I prefer this darker finish to your lighter kit, but both look great. Nice also that Sonor take the trouble to finish the inside in the same style. I do like Sonor's German stuff :)

That kit looks fantastic! Congrats! :D

Just a question though how does the 20" deep bass drum sound like?

Nice kit! Love the knurled knob tension rods on the bass drum.

You can choose your inside finish between "standard" maple and all finishes that are available outside, too! Pretty cool, isn't it!
Yes, nice attention to detail, that I take to be indicative of overall pride in the product. Certainly most preferred to slapping some silver paint on the inside of the shells to cover up shitty wood/finishing, then pretending it's some wonder treatment ;)

Of course, I prefer solid wood, but Sonor runs a close second for me. Honestly, if my preferred option didn't exist, I'd be playing a thin shell German made Sonor.

With an inner wood ply shell finish the shell have more projection.

PS : I really love the Guru's kit... amazing look !!!
