Grea - I stopped caring about the 'reversal of flow' when I was at University. It happened so often that it just didn't matter...

That must be it, Duncan. As with anything it all comes down to experience, eh? Personally, I never got the hang of it. I probably lack natural aptitude and it would take too many lessons with a great teacher to get my digestive system in the kind of shape that would facilitate seamless hurling. I feel a cartoon coming on ...

You don't need a teacher, some apple juice or a good brand of cider should probably do the trick, to drink with moderation though, the consequences of an overdose can have dramatic effects :)

I'm feeling the effects of an 'overdose' right now. The after-effects, anyhow.

What would you rather bee or a wasp? ...anyhow, the morning after is all about buzzing in the head and the digestive system, lol.

Tea, chocolate biscuits, bed, shower and a bath. Then in an hour or so I'll be back on the wagon! Hooray for pointless hedonism!

Ever heard of that concept called "headroom"? E.g. John Riley is explaining it on his DVD. Speed is a component of _any_ musician. Some need/want more, some can get along having less. But to label speed as something bad... isn't that intelligent IMO. Imagine you _had_ speed... would you be sad about it?

Hey Arky
well here our my answers
even though i have been playing the drums since 2008
i never paid attention to technique till the end of 2011
yeah i know shocking but still
so basically with one hand i can go up till 250 bpm (Both left and right)
and together(well my roll is kinda sloppy) 270bpm

Double stroke roll-200 bpm
Five stroke roll-200bpm
