Default Atlas Bell

In the early 80's I picked up this "Atlas Bell" at a small music store. It is shaped almost exactly like a WW2 British helmet. It says "Atlas Bell" on the outside and "Made in Italy" on the inside. It's about a 81/2 inch bell and appears to be bronze. It has a small appature, but fits just fine on any of my stands. I was just wondering if anyone had any clue as to who made it or it's worth. I love the sound of it and would never sell it, it's like an old friend and I have used it counless times in the studio.

Any Thoughts?
