Niiiiiiiice..... How's that Zelkova sound compared to say the Craviotto? I've always wanted to try one of those. Killer Black Beauty and Sonor too.

Nice kit set-up. Noble and Cooley make some really nice drums and those snares...mmmm, very nice!

Just out of interest, if you had to rank the Zelkova in your group of 4 snare drums, where would you place it? Cheers.

My favorite snare is the SQ2,
Then the Zelkova, Ludwig and Craviotto.

As you know, each snare plays their own specific role very well. The 8x14 SQ2 is a little more versatile than the others and is one of a kind. The Zelkova is the most beautiful, and is the loudest.

Man those are some nice nobles ,,, here are the Fibes jasper shells

Hateplow, that is some serious drum porn. I would love to play around with that Zelkova, I think the video from the store made it sound terrible, I am sure it could do much better. In the video it sounds like it has a felt strip across the bottom head or something, does not resonate, maybe they have the wires too tight, I don't know. Love all your gear though, thanks for posting.
