Hotel Recommendation Near Martyrs' Chicago?

Hi All!

I plan to attend the Gavin Harrison Zildjian clinic sponsored by Vic's Drums in Chicago this coming Thursday. I really like Gavin's approach and am looking forward to this event!

The clinic itself will be held at Martyrs' on North Lincoln Avenue. I understand this is in the area around Wrigley Field.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a hotel in the area? I am willing to pay a reasonable amount ($125 - $175 or so) for a decent place.

I only stay in B&B's for the last 10 years, ever since I discovered how often hotels spray for roaches, bedbugs and other insects.

B&B owners are usually older, responsible people who care about the home they own and will clean it accordingly. Plus you can open a window. Many hotels you cannot. Plus the whole germ-y air conditioning/heating system thing in hotels. Yuck.
