Joint pains in continuous drumming

Sometimes Drumming continuously can stress your joints like wrists, knees, toes and back also. This is a clear sign of joint pain, to avoid this you should better warm up before starting your normal practice and also try to change the posture sometimes. Sometimes keeping the same posture also hampers your body.
