Can anyone help me create a solo with this song?

The song is "you pick me up" - Pete Murray.

I am playing a cover of it for my class presentation thing. Really looking into putting a drum solo in there for a bit of flare and up my marks

If anyone knows where i could chuck one in, or where i could start creating it, all help would be great!
