Default Finger Fitness

'Almost every combination of 'bends,''folds,''splits,''and taps' imaginable is discussed, allowing one to limber up,coordinate, and strenghthen the fingers in just about any conceivable way..."

-Adam Budofsky. Modern Drummer(Nov.1989)

Hey everyone

If you're not familiar with the concept of finger fitness, here's a small post explaining the concept and how you can purchase finger fitness DVD's and equipment if you're looking forward to exploring the concept-

What is Finger Fitness ?

Finger Fitness is a unique exercise program that directly addresses the physical needs of the hand.It is designed to build strength, dexterity, coordination, flexibility and independence in the fingers and hands.

These exercises are perfect for musicians to develop their skills and finger coordination . I've been doing these exercises for the last 8 years and it has greatly helped me in my drumming and daily work.

Here's a performance by Greg Irwin doing finger fitness to music-

Default Re: Finger Fitness

Sorry for posting it twice (Drum Technique and Off topic).
I'm not sure which category is suitable for this post.
This post does involve technique and educational Dvd's. Hence,I posted it here.
If a moderator could delete it from one the catergories, that would be great.I'm sorry as I didn't mean to spam my post.
