Default would someone help with recording a click track?

I can't seem to make the Line In on my PC work.

I want to use Virtual DJ to mix a 93bpm click track a song I'm currently practing, but I need the MP3 click track file...

If any of you have the crazy studio equipment ready to go wherever you are, and wouldn't mind doing this, I can't thank you enough...

Would it be possible to record a 93bpm click MP3 track, 4/4 with eighth note subdivision and accent on the first beat?

Download the program Audacity - it is a free download. Go to "Generate" and then "add click track." I think it will just give you quarter notes, but set it to 186 instead of 93 and it will be the same as eighth notes. You can also use the program to slow down songs and do other edits.
