Default Drum Triggering?

How can you tell when a drummer triggers their drums?

Well if it's not velocity sensitive that's usually a clear sign that the drum has been triggered. Alot of metal dudes trigger their drums (usually their bass drum and toms some might even have their snare too and others maybe only their bass drum).

Generally because the sound is rather artificial, or way too consistent compared to known albums were there were not triggers.
