Default Jam Tracks

I'm wondering, is there any way I could get a hold of a loop to jam with, such as the one that tony royster jr. and thomas pridgen jam to (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HyQv5HfBPzw)? This video is so tight, I just love gospel and R&B drumming. They shred craaazzzyyyy!

Default Re: Jam Tracks

I know, some of the tracks they use are amazing. I'd love some of Tony Royster's backing tracks. I always jam along to an album called 'VU' by a band named 'Zenith Patrol', which no one seems to have heard of. It's got Pridgen on drums, throwing crazy licks all over the place. I'm always looking for backing tracks for that sort of stuff, but they are so hard to find.

For general jam tracks, try books. I know the Tommy Igoe books have great backing tracks in. There are the Dave Weckl ones, and I'm sure there are many more too. Also, scour the internet.

There is already a thread on this, so try here and maybe searching the forum too:
