Yamaha Flying Dragon Double Pedal, Belt Drive, with Iron Cobra beaters for $100.. I've asked if the seller has the original beaters, but no response yet.

I've had my heart set on getting the new Yamaha direct drive FP9500D, but I'm only saving for a single because they are so expensive.. This may be too good a deal to pass up. Let me know what you guys think please!

Here's the link to the craigslist ad

If it's a genuine 'Flying Dragon' then it is a very good deal. Those are excellent pedals. I'd expect to be paying around $140 used for the double.

I don't know if it is or not to be honest. The pics I see online have the solid cast base.. it looks like only the left pedal has this. The other has those wire clippy things
Here are some pics.

In the description he said he's swapped the two pedals around. I'm just looking around on Google and I can't find any pictures of a Flying Dragon in that configuration - in the pictures I'm looking at, both pedals have cast bases.

It actually looks like it's the model below the Flying Dragon, the DFP8110:

Part of me thinks he might be trying to flog a left handed model. I honestly have no idea if it's swappable or not, even though he claims it is.

Yea, you are definitely right, its the DFP-8110. Anyway, I'm going for it. This is a great deal for a double pedal. Even if it was only a single, its beats my current pedal to a bloody pulp... I'm going for it.

How do they feel when you play them?
If they feel sluggish on one pedal then don't do it, try tinkering with it (if you can). Last thing you want to do is regret even spending the $100 if the thing is going to constantly have to be tweeked.

For the money, even if it is the model below, it's a reasonable price.
