Nasty Lick #51

Here's a five note pattern applied to 16th note triplets. Three with your hands and two with your feet...... I've used this as 16th notes but I've recently started trying to apply it to triplets.... There's a PDF you can print out to check it out..... Hope it's helpful or interesting to some of you.
