There are a variety of places you can study music in Melbourne:

Universities:

Monash University - http://arts.monash.edu.au/music/performance/

Melbourne Conservatorium - http://www.conservatorium.unimelb.edu.au/

Institutes:

MWT - http://www.mwtinstitute.com.au/mwt-music/

JMC - http://www.jmcacademy.edu.au/

Depends what you want to do. Do you want to learn to play pitched percussion (e.g.mallets) as well? Do you want to become a teacher?

Have a look at the links and decide whats right for you. Fees, etc vary from place to place

Outside of Melbourne you've got quite a few choices in Sydney (where I was/am considering going) and in Perth (where I'm from) there's WAAPA and the Conservatorium of Music at UWA.

Edit: Also this website may help you on your search: http://www.studyinaustralia.gov.au/ includes info about costs, international students, etc

Thx Kilpa for those information.I want that is some kind of contemporary Pop or Jazz Music Drumming Study such as M.I. - U.S. http://www.mi.edu/drums#bachelor-of-music

Does Melbourne or anywhere in Australia has some kind of those contemporary music colleges??

If its contemporary stuff you'd probably get by with one of the Institutes I listed previously. Universities tend to have more of a focus on orchestral percussion, but look at all the links I've given in the previous post to get a feel for each place, and the courses they give.

These are two places in Sydney which may suit you (there are others too)

Australian International Conservatorium of Music http://www.aicm.edu.au/web/ (Where I'm considering)

Australian Institute of Music http://www.aim.edu.au/ (where a signer friend went, she loved it)

If you want a comprehensive list of all the available courses, search via http://www.studyinaustralia.gov.au/ is the way to go.

Check out either Monash University or the Victorian College of the Arts.

Monash has an open day this Sunday (5th August) at Clayton Campus, it's a great chance to check out some of the players and ensembles coming out of there.

In terms of MI you should check out Drumtek in Northcote, they have a 'drum degree' program (don't know anyone who's been through it but they have some great teachers there!).

Also contact Darryn Farrugia for a lesson: http://www.darrynfarrugia.com/

He's a world class teacher and will have a strong idea of what the different courses are like and what level you need to get in to them.
