What's going on with Crush Drums?

The Crush product line doesn't look like it's been updated in a couple of years at least. I don't own any crush gear but I like their stuff and their attitude. Seems like things are at a standstill as far as product offerings And have been for a while now.

I heard they were changing owners, all their stuff was on clearance recently. I sent them an email (several actually) about my kit and no one replied so I think they haven't handled the changeover well, whatever is going on.
 
I have sent messages on their website and their Facebook page but I have gotten zero response. They have new kits for sale on sites like Musician's Friend so I think they are still alive.
 
Enquired about the inserts for the Chameleon. Zero response :(
 
Changeover is one thing, combining it with bad customer service is a death sentence.
They better get on the ball or many will be unemployed by year's end.
