I just made a quick blast beat lesson for YouTube and decided I'll put it up. It isn't JUST for metal guys, but I don't know where else I would play em. Working on blast beats is a good way to improve your singles though.
Personally I find myself playing way more grooves lately and less of this stuff, so I figured I'd make this while my body still lets me.. Speed and endurance go pretty quick if you don't maintain it.
