Hi folks,

I am wondering what your opinions are for the best hoops, lugs, and snare strainers to use when building your own set?

Also, who makes high quality covering material for drums? Does DW make their own or do they buy from a general supplier ?

If building your own kit, why wrap it and not lacquer/stain the shells instead?
