Klezmer "The Hora" Sheet Music

I really want to play "The Hora" which is a Klezmer tune that they play at EVERY Chassidic wedding but I am not good at playing by ear. :(

I found this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wwtwlos3dZM which is pretty good and this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Hdz2oX_yLY which is not quite as good, both both are The Hora.

I Googled for music but I can't find any. I know it's sort of a baseline beat with a few riffs and then you can do whatever you want within that framework, but I need music so I can read it slowly and learn it. Or perhaps just at least a video of JUST a drummer playing it so I could watch him again and again and try to pick it up that way.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks!

Isn't the Hora a dance, rather than a tune? I'm no expert-- I was taught how to play it on the job, in the middle of the song, in gestures from the bandleader. The guy in the first clip is playing it like a soca beat, with the bass drum on all four beats, and the snare drum on the & of 2 and 4, and I think the way it's played in the second video is more standard. There are a couple of pages on the beat in Joel Rothman's book Basic Drumming-- the first of which is in the attached pdf. I guess you'll have to buy the book for the rest of it.

Yes, exactly.

The second video is more American style--I think it's a bit different in Israel. Anyhow, thank you for the pointers and the music. I think I had that book at one point. :)

Anyhow, I will work on what you said and listen more and also work on playing that page you uploaded.

Thank you very much!
