My 1st (only) kit ...
I play bass in a Blue/Blues Rock trio and have always been interested in playing drums, working with many over the years, I was always asking them about their kits, sounds and all. At 55 I decided to give it a shot.
When I decided to actually buy some I used the advice of many of my drummer buddies, who said get
what you want the 1st time, I knew I wanted a small kit BTW so that's why I bought what I did (and I liked them having heard that kit before)
My first kit ... I read somewhere to show what you play.
