Any thoughts about the following things he said like:

How many sticks have you seen other people break (to the point where you facepalm)?

Was he right when he said that there should be no reason that drummers should have carpel tunnel or arthritis?

Do any of you guys only use 3 fingers while you're drumming?

Thanks for that. That was interesting what he said about the 3 finger thing. Maybe someone can expound? Did he mean only when he is playing very softly? Very fast?

I totally get his 3 finger situation.....I use it as well when playing light stuff with some quick ghost notes and quick hi hat stuff

I think Ill snag a set of those sticks and try them out....that seem like they would be nice

Seems like he was saying that when you've found the sweet spots where your drums sound best, that you'll find that you won't be needing to hit them very hard, and thus won't be going through many sticks, getting carpal tunnel, tendonitis, etc...

Heh, I feel a bit better about breaking sticks occasionally now. 11 in one set? Wow.
