Default Best way to refinish drums

I have two Sonor Force toms that I got really cheap. They have no finish and I wanted to finish them in a silver sparkle. What is the best way to do that and how much would such a thing cost? thanks

I've never used their sevices, but Precision Drum Co seems to have the reputation. They offer re-wrapping services or you can buy the materials and do it yourself. They are in NY.
