Default The spelling thread. (Help me educate the world).

I've noticed, no matter where you go online, nobody spells correctly anymore. Now for the most part I've made peace with this, however there's still one that agravates me to no end.

When people write, "symbols", in stead of, "cymbals". There is a huge difference!!

Please, when you see these people, politely correct them, and proceed to do so until they remember what a cymbal is!

Anybody else notice these GAPING ERRORS in the english language?

Well, I did notice that the description of this part of the forum is "General discussion forum for all drum related topics." I also notice that there are forum rules posted which say that if you have an axe to grind to take it elsewhere.
