Although I love who I represent now, ever since I was a kid and saw a Camco kit I've always liked the design with those round turret lugs. When they became DW in the 70s I still liked them and was very impressed by their first offerings, and of course I still play their pedals to this day too. They're good drums. Although I'm not a fan of the over-engineered-ness they market, I can't really say I had a big hate thing going on.

I probably hate when I see kids buy this stuff who definitely need to learn how to play first ;)

Yeah! They need to be scouring CL etc... looking for some storeroom treasures. I got quite a bit of stuff that I would love to move along... but I ain't exactly giving it away. A fair price? Yes. Freebie? Nope.

I have the stock heads from the toms, but I hate those. The bass drum has a clear PS3 and I put coated emperors on the toms. My Oriollo snare also has a coated emperor. The kit really does rock. I'm contemplating moving away from the thick heads on my Pearls to just coated ambassadors since that sound is just timeless.
