Roland SPD-S vs SPD-30

I am looking into getting a drum pad to add to my kit to incorporate some samples and use pre-loaded bass drops, ect. I've looked at Simmons, Yamaha, and Alesis and from what I've found, Roland is the best...

Does anyone know of any review websites or have any personal experiences with the two?

Thanks!

I own/play the Roland SPD-S ... great piece of gear. When I see cats like Danny Carey, Will Calhoun, and Taku Hirano using it, and using it live ... yeah, I figure it's good enough for me.

SPD-S is a sampler while the SPD30 isn't -- you'll have to do with the factory default sounds on the SPD30. Has good sounds thougt.

If you are looking for a "sampler", SPD-S should be the choice between the two :)
