Can anyone identify this song?

Hey guys, got this Fusion CD from my drum teacher, the songs don't have names, just track01 etc. Would ask my teacher but wanna know what song this is RIGHT NOW!! =)

So I was wondering if you guys could help find out the name of this song and the artist.

Great tune! I can't identify the exact song title, but it sounds like it was recorded in the late 1970's, and I'm almost 100% certain that Steve Gadd is playing drums. The guitarist sounds like Earl Klugh (maybe?), and the keyboard playing reminds me of Bob James.
