Beardyman!

My search for "beardyman' returned no matches! This must mean that most of you have never heard of Beardyman!

I must correct this at once! He the best beatboxer I have ever heard (if anyone knows better ones, please post them!).

After some deliberation, this is probably the best video to introduce you to him.

The first bit is just him and a mic, and then the second half he uses his loopstation and Kaoss pads.

It's not just the beatboxing, it's the humour, and the amazing mimicry of sounds from synths to reversed cymbals to scratching to just about anything, plus the fact that he can do drums, bass and singing at the same time. If you've not heard him before, prepare to be amazed.

Beardyman is a ledge!!! my favorite vid of him is the one where he's a bouncing head on a black background, can't find it though. He got a small slot on this new quiz show thats hosted by Steve Jones, can't remember what it's called though.

I sat through it all. Epic.

I always wondered if drummer's had an appreciation of beatboxers...
