Hi All


Just wondering , Ive came across some hand tuned timps on ebay that I was interested in , are these any good ? theyre premier fibreglass 25" and 29" ... I dont know if these are still suitable as the pedal tuned timpani are mainly used now , I will be playing in a brass band with them.

I assume you are talking about the crank type. Advantage: less weight. Disadvantage: slower to tune. Sound difference: negligible.
