Hey guys,
I've had a few pieces of LP percussion (cowbell, Cyclops tamb, and a Jamblock) for many years all mounted to an LP Mini Everything rack (with the Z-Rods).
First of all, the rack itself wants to always slide on the cymbal tube that it's mounted to. I've even put gaffer tape to give it some grip but to no avail. I don't want to crank the hell out of it and bend the cymbal tube!
I recently discovered the Tama Fast Clamp. I have a Splash on a boom inserted into a FastClamp and LOVE how sturdy this clamp is. I was going to order a couple along with some Tama Cowbell L Rods. Will the LP 3/8" fit comfortable on the 9mm Tama L-Rods? I know 9mm is roughly the same as 3/8" but just wanted to double check.
