Sorry Larry please, I don't mean to offend you or anything, but you are a terrible idiot. You of all people need my book-time for an intervention. I know "some people" thought maybe you were an idiot when you gave all your drum stuff away. I know I did LOL Fortunately for me due to "idiot enlightenment" (it's a different astral plane) I was able to finally see my own idiocy as my not seeing the beauty of your altruism and the genius of your gift- so I was ironically, sadly, the feeble idiot fool and it was all just a reflection of my own idiocy. It was mind blindness. I could probably teach you to put up a good show-but everyone will know-you are no "real idiot". I on the other most often leave no doubt. That's why I'm the "professional"-back on topic. Man that was a wicked weave. Sorry Gina we got a bit off topic (but at least I have an excuse).

I am also sorry Drummer Girl Gina, lol we get carried away here sometimes. I just cant believe Art called that Jerk Factory Uncle Larry a terrible idiot! Shouldn't we all just be supportive of each other and not overly judgemental of ones current status or skill level? I mean, could Larry's idiocy perhaps use a refresher course? Yes, clearly, but instead of insulting the mans moronic prowess lets encourage the process of his whole journey and pursuit of knowledge disposal and common sense avoidance. Larry, ur a fabulous idiot! I believed this then and I believe it now...Ill always believe it buddy. I got ur back, from safe distance behind my keyboard, when Im logged in, unless Im busy, anytime!

Professional is when someone asks a legitimate question and gets a legitimate answer. I see no professionals here. Unfortunately, I resemble this comment.

I just learned a new code word for idiot tonight. When you want to tell person A, that person B is an idiot, while person B is standing right there, you say to person A,

this sounds like an ID 10 T situation. (pronounced Eye-Dee-Ten Tee)

Professionalism is adhering to a certain standard in the field, the standard can be different depending on the field and doesn't necessarily imply the highest the "best".

An example is my when my Dad had a diagnosis of shingles. By the time he had seen several professional specialists, my mother figured it out by looking at pictures of rashes on the Internet, my mother was no professional Doctor by any means.

Being a professional and being professional are two different things.

If some one asked what your profession is and you answered drummer. Then you're a professional drummer. If you said a computer geek who plays drums on weekends then you're not.
