Hi everyone,
I'd like to know your thoughts on using e-drums on live gigs. I've got great acoustic drum kits but for different reasons, would like to go half-electronic on stage. What i mean is that I was planning to use triggers on 4 toms, bd and snare (through TMC-6 by Roland) and using Toontrack software + acoustic cymbals. I usualy play in arenas and big stages and was looking for a way to reduce on-stage sound and being able to get that kick-ass sound on every gigs.
Please share your thoughts/experiences about it.
Thanks in advance,
