Clamp to mount a DB-90 metronome on a Roland TD-6 rack?

Hi folks!

Im still completely ignorant concerning drum hardware, specially clamps and holders and stuff, so i was wondering if there was any inexpensive hardware solution to attach my Boss DB-90 metronome?? Maybe a cheap clamp used for cymbal could do the trick??

The unit comes with a cymbal stand nut adaptor, but a cymbal stand (or Rolands own MDY10U cymbal v-drum stand) is waaay to expensive for my bank account!!

Thanks!

Try using an inexpensive boom arm/clamp with a small "L" bracket and a bit of velcro from the hardware store. It works great for me, (alhough I use a different metronome).

I think it can be seen just above my HH in my profile pic.. ifnot, email me and I will send you a close-up of it.

Ingenuity.. the mother of all invention... Frank Zappa was the father ;-)

Peace!

(OK, The wrong pic was there, which has since been changed. Send me a note on here and I'll take a close up for you.. Cheers!)
